Location:
Salt Lake City UT - Filling industrialServes as the go-to person for internal FDA policies procedures and compliance.
Completes transfers to other branches within the region.
Works with plant associates to identify and address problems as well as prevent future errors on various issues that include: misses billing issues back orders open shipment maintenance and order mistakes
Effectively communicate with production distribution and sales departments to exceed external customer expectations by ensuring uninterrupted supply and delivery of packaged gasses.
Initiates daily communication with managers and plant associates regarding quotes order status and deliveries.
Works with plant associates to stock appropriate products and keep stocking levels at correct levels.
Regularly oversees and manages any open orders any open shipments and any post goods issue billing (PGI) for all products.
Does final review on food grade and medical grade product paperwork.
Weekly plant walk through checking for FDA compliance.
Review/correct all FDA files.
Maintain all FDA files.
Weekly observation of the filling process of both plants (FDA) compliant.
Quarterly Internal FDA audit.
Maintain calibration due dates on thermometer scales and gauges.
Add produced inventory as needed.
Create purchase orders and tickets for will-call customers.
Add inventory from the previous day if needed.
UE billing/ Cylinder movement.
Maintain bulk and cylinder inventory.
Submit RAN# for customer owned cylinders ASG/Tooele.
Perform daily truck verification on outbound and inbound products.
Ordering and maintaining FDA inventory items and correct storage of items.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
Strong focus on customer service through accurate forecasting adjusting inventory and prioritizing deliveries in a timely and efficient manner is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy in high stress situations is required.
Proficient with Google Applications and/or MS Office; SAP experience is strongly preferred
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize workload meet deadlines and understand when to escalate potential issues is required.
Self-starter; self-motivated; well organized; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast and constantly changing environment with the flexibility to switch gears with little notice is required.
Ability to recognize discrepancies and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment poise and diplomacy is required.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
This position is based in Salt Lake City UT.
