Job Summary
Description
We are looking for a Cafe Assistant-Catering and Front House to join our team!
This role will work in our Yarmouth and Falmouth office locations. Hours are 5:30a to 2:00p Eastern Time M-F.
Responsibilities
Catering:
Setting up maintaining and breaking down area including drinks and coffee station
Delivering food according to the planned schedule
Working with the team to ensure there is enough food for the group
Prepare the desserts
Front of House:
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the storage shed and other common areas
Stock all items as needed throughout the day
Record ordering needs primarily items stored in storage shed
Put away the dry goods and beverages when delivered
Order beverages
Maintain the storage shed
Help with other areas of the caf as needed.
Other:
Dishes
Prep and set up salad bar
Prepare finger roll sandwiches
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience required
Experience in a food service setting desired
Prepare a large volume of food in a short time frame
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
