Veterans Engineering is seeking experienced Medical Technologists to join the team at the White River Junction VA Medical Center. This role offers competitive pay full benefits and the opportunity to support our nations Veterans through high-quality laboratory services.

Schedule:
Primary: Day Shift (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
Rotating Weekends (12 per month)
Weekend Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Weekend Evening Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM (may vary slightly)
Holidays and overtime may be required.
No on-call or standby required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform moderate to high-complexity testing in chemistry urinalysis hematology coagulation microbiology and blood bank.
Operate maintain and troubleshoot automated and manual lab instruments (Abbott Architect Sysmex Beckman Coulter Microscan).
Conduct quality control testing and ensure compliance with CAP and CLIA standards.
Accurately verify document and report results within established turnaround times.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Medical Technology Medical Laboratory Science Clinical Laboratory Science or related field.
ASCP or AMT certification required (MT MLS or CLS).
Minimum 3 years of recent clinical laboratory experience across chemistry urinalysis hematology coagulation microbiology and blood bank.
