As the Regional Manager you will have the unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership to a region in the achievement of Bright Horizons goals for staff parent and client satisfaction quality programming and financial success. You will guide coach train and develop Directors so that they are capable of reaching and maintaining excellence in these areas. The Regional Manager ensures that their centers exceed state and local licensing health and safety standards and NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) criteria while incorporating Bright Horizons mission goals values philosophies policies and practices. As the Regional Manager you will model the corporate diversity mission by creating an environment that supports all people and accept responsibility for being the companys representative to all of the families children staff and clients affiliated with their centers. The Regional Manager develops his/her own relationships with the client key families and staff.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the employee to comply with all applicable federal state local Bright Horizons and client site requirements concerning immunizations employment physical/screening and health and safety training. If hired you will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision care curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons policies procedures and guidance in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that will ensure the safety of children in Bright Horizons care and the employee.

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $95000 $110000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience education and training certifications geography and other relevant business or organizational factors.
