CSA Senior Project Manager - Data Centers (m/f/d)
We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction and infrastructure projects ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and deliver data center construction and infrastructure projects overseeing quality control processes
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules budgets and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (architects engineers contractors vendors) and manage client relationships/expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct risk assessments develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor project performance metrics provide regular status reports to stakeholders and maintain documentation
- Facilitate project close-out documentation and knowledge transfer
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field with several years of experience managing data center or mission-critical facility projects
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure industry standards construction methodologies and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Strong budget and schedule management expertise with proficiency in project management software and documentation
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and risk management experience in fast-paced environments
- PMP certification preferred; detail-oriented with data center expertise
