Job Summary

12 Month Contract with possibility for extension

4 Day per week 12-hour days - DIDO from Port Augusta or FIFO from Adelaide.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Terminal Operations Manager you will take on a key hands-on role supporting the team across our Pimba Terminal and surrounding sites. As the go-to person for a variety of administrative tasks youll help ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to leaders and staff
  • Coordinate meetings forums and stakeholder engagements with a customer-first approach
  • Maintain and report on data using internal HR and business systems
  • Oversee equipment ordering and supply coordination
  • Support day-to-day facility and depot/terminal management
  • Assist in delivering administrative programs and initiatives
  • Manage purchasing transactions in line with service agreements
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with professionalism timeliness and attention to detail

About You:

Youll be a highly organised individual with a strong administrative background and a genuine interest in supporting operational teams. Youll thrive in a dynamic environment and be confident juggling competing priorities.

To be successful youll bring:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Sound understanding of HR financial payroll and procurement systems and processes
  • Strong organisational time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Available for either DIDO from Port Augusta or FIFO from Adelaide - 4 Day per week 12-hour days. Accommodation and meals provided.
