Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Specialist for our West Jordan UT location. This is a full-time in-office position.

We need detail-oriented people who are passionate about making a difference love technology and are committed to producing high quality innovative products. Software Quality Assurance Specialists will work directly with the Agile development team to maintain the highest quality products and will have many opportunities to make an impact on the products and solutions offered by Audio Enhancement.

Duties Include:

• Perform regular testing and validation of hardware and software integrated products.
• Debug analyze and document issues across product portfolio on reported issues in production or new products being developed.
• Manage testing scenarios to improve and validate new and existing code.
• Participate in all agile scrum ceremonies to prepare new products for development and release.
• Collaborates with development team and other departments to design and refine product requirements including the unique. opportunity to suggest new features and collaborate on mockups wireframes and new product requirements.
• Assist in identifying areas for continuous improvement on the team focused on providing the best user experience and highest quality products.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience in related technology field.
• Ability to understand end user perspective and business needs and be able to effectively communicate in person via project. management software or collaboration/video conferencing tools.
• Ability to prioritize organize and document your testing scenarios and results effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail ability to see things outside the box to ensure no bug gets past you!

Preferred:

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Experience with Low Voltage and electronics.
• Experience with Linux OS environments and applications.
• Experience with JIRA and XRAY Test Case Management.
• Experience in K-12 Education.

Compensation and Benefits: :Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
