The ideal candidate will have:
- Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
- Must hold Florida certification in Educational Leadership School Principal or Administration andSupervision.
- Three (3) years of experience in administrative and leadership positions in K-12 education management preferably in a high school environment.
- Experience with budgeting process and full-time equivalent data collection charter school funding and secondary/postsecondary fiscal procedures and processes.
- Classroom experience. Strong interest in innovative high school programs.
- Experience in recruiting/public relations.
