As part of our Commercial Management Centre of Excellence youll:


Main Duties

    • Deliver on the objectives of the commercial management strategy.
    • Administer and optimise NEC4 contracts from high-volume activities to one-off high-value projects.
    • Build trusted collaborative relationships with supply chain partners.
    • Lead on commercial processes: change valuation disputes and final accounts.
    • Assess and certify completed works payments and performance incentives.
    • Monitor forecast and report on contract performance to enable informed decision-making.
    • Spot opportunities to drive efficiency and innovation across contracts and processes.

What were looking for

    • Were keen to hear from candidates with:
    • Strong background in contract administration and commercial management (ideally within NEC4).
    • Financial management and analytical skills able to translate data into insight.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence and negotiate.
    • Experience managing disputes and resolving complex issues.
    • Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying Contract Management or Civil Engineering.
    • Bonus points if youre chartered (RICS) or working towards it and/or have exposure to the utility or water industry.
