Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Learning Disabilities
Location: Bradford
Pay Rate: 36 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join its clients small friendly and flexible team in Bradford working across the city and districts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out functional assessments and reviews
- Prescribing equipment and minor adaptations
- Supporting independence and wellbeing
- Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams and families
- Contributing to safeguarding and risk assessments
- Preparing reports for care planning and legal processes
- Promoting inclusive person-centred practice

Requirements:
- Minimum2 years post-grad experiencewith adults with learning disabilities neurodiversity or physical disabilities
- HCPC registered and actively maintaining CPD
- Experience in alocal authority settingpreferred
- Car driver essential
