Role: Product Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Berlin preferred)
Reporting to: Global VP Marketing

Your role
Were looking for a strategic detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead Hornets positioning messaging and go-to-market effortsdriving adoption retention and revenue in key markets.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new features collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Partner with Product and Design to increase feature adoption and product usability
- Conduct competitive analysis user interviews and data synthesis to inform product strategy
- Work with the Creative team to localize product messaging and campaign narratives for key regions
- Contribute to app store optimization (ASO) onboarding flows and in-app communication strategy
What we are looking for
- 47 years of experience in product marketing or product strategy
- Strong user empathy storytelling and analytical thinking
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product Data Design) to drive adoption and retention
- Comfortable leading research positioning work lifecycle and go-to-market launches
- Native-level fluency in English. Other languages are a plus
