Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza maker to join our culinary team at our sister restaurant 7 Hills Pizzeria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong background in meal preparation particularly in the art of crafting delicious pizzas. This role requires a keen understanding of food handling and kitchen operations ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for quality and taste. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh properly stored and handled according to food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area including equipment and utensils.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen environment.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience as a pizza maker is required. The required skills for this position include a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques which will be utilized daily to create delicious pizzas and other dishes. Attention to detail is essential as you will need to ensure that each dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation. Time management skills will be critical during busy service periods allowing you to efficiently prepare meals without compromising quality. Teamwork and communication skills will be important as you collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Additionally a passion for culinary arts will enhance your ability to innovate and contribute to menu development.

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
