- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM email and digital sales tools and social media
- Valid drivers license and clean record
Responsibilities
- Maintain and foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by conducting customer interviews and actively listening to their wants and needs
- Continuously develop product knowledge and product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies becoming an industry expert
- Handle incoming customer inquiries
- Perform various forms of outbound prospecting and follow up daily
- Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
- Learn from constructive criticism and adapt accordingly
- Bring your A game along with a positive attitude and mindset to work with you every single day
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
- Must be a self motivated individual and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Previous sales experience is not required but is taken into consideration
- Eagerness for continual education regarding product and procedures
- Strong ability to adapt to ever changing market conditions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as listening skills
- Computer skills including Word CRM and typing.
- Have great people skills
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
