Who were looking for

ToyotasProduction ControlDepartment is looking for a passionate and highly motivatedSupply Chain Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the supply chain from order creation to part consumption.

Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Management the person in this role will support the Supply Chain Management departments objective to provide just in time delivery of the correct quantity of components required to produce quality vehicles.

This is a 2nd Shift position and will rotate between both 2nd shifts - 5:00 PM 1:15 AM & 8:00 PM 4:15 AM

This position is based in Princeton IN. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.

What youll be doing

  • Maintain parts inventory by utilizing server e-Kanban system and other supply chain systems and tools.

  • Monitor and analyze North American supply chain abnormal conditions from supplier to TMMI.

  • Crisis supplier management to ensure component parts supply for TMMI vehicle production.

  • Collaborate cross functionally to reduce internal part shortages and overflow.

  • Manage coordinate and implement change points (i.e. Model Change ECIs SCRs etc)

  • Develop visualize and monitor KPIs operating procedures and project schedules.

What you bring

  • Associates degree or higher or 2 years of equivalent professional experience in a supply chain role for manufacturing

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or above)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (Intermediate or above)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access (Beginner or above)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI (Beginner or above)

  • Experience analyzing large data sets including the ability to visualize and report out

  • Ability and willingness to work 2nd Shift both 5:00 PM 1:15 AM & 8:00 PM 4:15 AM

  • This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record thats acceptable by company standards is required for this position.

Added bonus if you have

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • Experience with Supply Chain flow and function such as inventory control supplier management material/production planning or similar

  • Experience with supply chain systems such as ERP SAP or similar

  • Ordering and BOM Management experience

  • Toyota experience with e-kanban TLMS-G ILMS ADR Hot Call Management Overflow Management

  • Toyota SMS and PSMS system knowledge
