Job Summary
The Senior Lab Planner is a key member of our team responsible for designing and planning laboratory facilities that meet the needs of our clients . This role requires a deep understanding of laboratory operations cutting-edge design principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in laboratory planning and design
- Professional degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other design software
- Ability to travel 20-30% for project site visits and meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification
- Experience with laboratory equipment and HVAC design
- Familiarity with laboratory furniture and equipment manufacturers
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and compliance regulations
- Experience with project management software such as Procore or MS Project *
