Job Summary
- Compensation Structure:
- Competitive pay with a base salary commission bonuses.

- Hybrid remote - This is not a typical 9-5 desk job. The general manager will work in the field mostly calling on apartment managers heads of maintenance and construction superintendents.

- You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
- During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager you will...
- Build rapport with property manager
- Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
- Educate on our services and book repairs
- Work from home includes reviewing sales route prep calls and minimal admin work
- Ten-minute check-in with the Owner
- Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- No prior industry or sales experience is requiredtraining will be provided
- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
