We are hiring a Wholesale Partnerships Manager to join our Wholesale team and lead the commercial elements of our fast-growing wholesale channel. This role will take Away further by leading wholesale growth through strategic account management marketing coordination and strategic sales initiatives ensuring our partners are set up for success and our products reach customers in ways that maximize impact and revenue.
Account & Partner Management
Youll support day-to-day relationships with buyers proactively resolving issues and identifying opportunities
Youll track sell-through margin and reorder opportunities identifying actionable insights to drive account growth
Youll partner with internal teams to ensure accounts receive strategic guidance on assortment pricing and seasonal opportunities
Commercial Performance & Reporting
Youll analyze account performance and provide regular reporting to leadership on revenue sell-through and margin trends
Youll identify opportunities to optimize sales and full-price performance collaborating with Planning and Merchandising teams
Youll develop and execute account-level action plans to hit revenue targets and expand key relationships
Marketing & Brand Coordination
Youll lead collaboration with Brand & Growth teams to plan and execute high-impact activations online and in-store that drive revenue and engagement
Youll coordinate with Creative and E-Commerce teams to ensure content copy and visual displays for e-commerce in-store and marketing campaigns are impactful and aligned with brand standards and account needs
Merchandising & Design Coordination
Youll partner with Merchandising and Design teams to shape account-specific assortment strategies seasonal presentations promotional events and exclusives that differentiate key accounts and drive incremental sales
Youll provide insights from account performance to influence future product and assortment decisions
Youll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product launches and seasonal offerings are executed successfully and meet account expectations
New Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
Youll support prospecting and onboarding of new wholesale partners including pitch deck preparation product setup and legal reviews
Youll ensure new accounts launch smoothly coordinating with cross-functional teams to establish systems processes and expectations
Youre creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand
Youre agile and motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment

Our total rewards are inclusive of both compensation and benefits. What we offer within a salary range is dependent on a number of factors including scope and qualifications for the role skillset and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. Salary and benefit offerings are reviewed during phone screenings to ensure alignment.
Compensation: $110000.00-120000.00 annually
This role is eligible to participate in Aways Annual Company Performance Incentive Bonus Plan the terms of which are determined at the discretion of the company
Equity Grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company

This is an office-based position that works from our Soho NYC office four days a week. Our working hours are 9am-6pm et but we embrace a common-sense approach to flexibility in the workplace. Its about being present engaged and balancing work with real-life needs.
