Overview:
We are seeking a strategic results-driven International Sales Manager to accelerate our growth across the Asian region and international markets. A Senior Sales leader with deep expertise in the food industry ideally with a culinary or chef background and proven experience in international sales and business development across Asia. The ideal candidate will possess strong regional knowledge direct industry connections and the ability to expand our reach into food service hospitality and manufacturing accounts.
You will lead and manage a growing regional team of Sales addition to overseeing sales across all Asian markets youll play a key role in identifying global opportunities and building lasting commercial partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across the full Asian region including key markets like Thailand Singapore Japan South Korea Greater China and emerging markets.
- Leverage culinary background and industry network to open doors with chefs corporate kitchens food service operators and food manufacturers.
- Develop new business across multiple verticals: restaurants hotels airlines retail and industrial manufacturing partners.
- Manage and coach a high-performing regional team and Sales/Operations Support
- Build and nurture strong distributors supplier and client relationships.
- Identify and develop manufacturing opportunities helping clients integrate our Sous-Vide products into large-scale production.
- Navigate regional trade regulations and complex supply chains with precision.
- Forecast and manage sales pipelines to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (culinary marketing logistics production) to tailor client solutions and ensure delivery excellence.
- Represent the brand at industry events trade shows and partner meetings across the region.
Requirements:
- 7 years of sales or business development experience in the food industry with a strong network in Asia.
- Culinary or chef background strongly preferred with the ability to speak the language of the kitchen and connect with decision-makers.
- Experience in selling or working with high-quality food products or services to B2B clients (hotels restaurants caterers or manufacturers).
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Confident managing teams and leading regional strategy execution.
- Skilled in navigating trade regulations logistics and international sales operations.
- Fluent in English; and any Asian language (Mandarin Thai Japanese Korean etc.) is a plus
- Based in Bangkok and open to regular regional and occasional international travel.
