Salary: 14040 per year (pro rata)

Contract: Permanent part-time
Hours: 20 per week Monday to Friday
We are Mears FM a trusted partner in facilities management. Across the UK we provide high-quality cleaning and grounds maintenance services always putting our clients and customers first. Our work follows British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) standards and all relevant legislation supported by our in-house BICSc trainers. We create safe welcoming spaces all year round while helping clients achieve their sustainability goals.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations within our Cambridge branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained across all areas and reporting directly to management.

To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
