What youll do
Innovation Management
- Run startup PoCs end-to-end: from scouting and scoping to execution
- Translate tech talk into real business outcomes
- Identify the best-fit startup solutions for real corporate needs
- Act as a connector between corporates and startupsensuring clarity alignment and results
COO Support
- Support Madlen (our COO) with daily taskscalendar travel emails
- Create engaging content/assets for customers LinkedIn or other channels needed
- Be a sounding board
- Build and own structures/systems for internal teams
- Coordinate projects and take ownership of operational tasks
- Organise client events
- Stay close to everything that drives the company forward
