Position : Senior Video Editor
Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST
Pay Range : $1500$3000/month depending on experience and location
Location of Search : LATAM
Work Location : REMOTE
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Video Editor to lead the production and editing of high-impact video content designed to engage clients stakeholders and the broader community. This position requires an expert storyteller with advanced editing skills who can manage the full video lifecycle from concept development to final delivery and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the full editing process for video content including long-form educational material firm branding campaigns social media assets and client-focused projects.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to align content strategy with firm goals.
- Provide creative direction on video style narrative flow and branding consistency.
- Lead editing of complex projects involving advanced transitions motion graphics visual effects and sound design.
- Mentor and provide feedback to Junior Video Editors ensuring high-quality output and team growth.
- Manage timelines ensure projects meet deadlines and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Introduce new video techniques tools and creative trends to the team.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional video editing experience in a corporate agency or media environment.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent tools).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in visual storytelling brand campaigns and professional-grade editing.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior creatives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple deadlines.
- Creative mindset proactive problem-solving and ability to adapt to a fast-paced professional services environment
