Job Description
International Recovery Systems is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Spotter LPR Management professional to oversee our spotter team operations across all geographic markets. This senior management role is responsible for the hiring training production and performance management of the spotter team to ensure company KPIs and budget targets are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills experience managing field employees and the ability to create implement and enforce standardized procedures across multiple markets.
Skills :
- Lead manage and mentor the spotter team across all operating markets to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Oversee hiring onboarding and training of new spotters ensuring staff are equipped with necessary knowledge tools and resources.
- Develop implement and enforce standardized processes directives and SOPs for spotter operations including LPR (License Plate Recognition) protocols.
- Monitor team performance analyze production data and adjust staffing or processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between spotter skip tracing dispatch and recovery teams.
- Manage budget allocation for the spotter function including staffing equipment and operational expenses.
- Identify areas for process improvement and operational innovation and implement changes to improve productivity and quality of service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and industry standards.
