Support the Divisional Finance Director in leading business finance operations and client engagements. Facilitate the design and implementation of business models and strategic finance initiatives ensuring robust risk management and adherence to service commitments. Act as a secondary point of escalation and collaborate closely with GAE and Account leads to achieve exceptional client service delivery

Key Responsibilities

Finance/ Commercial Delivery

• Assist in managing controlling and directing the financial functions of the client financeand corporate finance teams.
• Business partner with GAE to enhance operational efficiency and improve clientdelivery.
• Serve as a secondary point of escalation for both internal and external client-related issues and help maintain robustclientrelationships.
• Assist in tracking contractual KPIs and SLAs with clients and conduct periodic reviews with client financeleads.
• Contribute to effective stakeholder management across diverse businessrequirements.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices and innovative client financesolutions.
• Participate in new business initiatives including contributing to RFPs and clientpresentations.
• Offer support in strategic decision-making related to contracts pricing and operationalprocesses.
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and support the evolution of these controls to align with CorporateSolutions SOC1attestations.
• Co-manage governance and compliance oversight over client and JLL set of books including leadership over audits orreviewsasnecessary.
• Support the maintenance of cash and balance sheet health and manage finance cost-to-serve in accounts P&L.
• Engage in broader Finance and Business strategicinitiatives

Transitions and Business Transformation

• Assist in managing client onboarding and offboarding resourcemodels.
• Support commercial validation and risk assessment duringtransitions andtransformations.
• Act as a business partner with the Client Finance Transition TeamTMO Sales Procurement Legal and HRSMEs.
• Help guide client finance teams through the stabilizationperiod.
• Identify opportunities to address risks and drive cost efficienciesthrough enhanced supportmodels.
• Contribute to business process improvements through technologyproductrollouts.
• Collaborate with JBS to optimize the use of centralizedstructures

Leading the organization

• Contribute to defining career paths and succession planning within the financeteam.
• Mentor and manage team members fostering their professional developmentandlearning.
• Support the promotion of the JLL brand and enhance teamcohesiveness.
• Assist in creating a talent pipeline for future portfolio financerole

Key Areas of Focus

Corporate Reporting & Governance Business Partnership & Client Relationship KPI Improvements

Requirement

• MBA Masters or equivalent Finance/Business qualification with Professional Accountancy Qualification (CPA ACCA CMA or equivalent)
• Extensive Finance Function experience with multi-country operations and proven track record in regional organizations
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory/statutory requirements governance principles and commercial finance
• Strategic leadership skills with ability to influence senior management and navigate complex matrix environments
• Exceptional communication presentation and client relationship management capabilities
• Financial competency at both strategic and operational levels with business partnering experiences
• Cultural agility to lead geographically dispersed teams while respecting regional differences
• Self-motivated results-oriented professional with demonstrated initiative and collaborative approach
• Strong organizational agility with ability to work through both formal channels and informal networks
