Description:

In this role the candidate is required to have extensive experience with deployment tools for Monthly patching Standard deployments reporting software packaging security policies etc. for Windows Operating Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Expert in Desktop Management
• expert in Windows 10/11 related issues
• Must have 3-5 years of technical expertise in administering various Software deployment tools such as SCCM Intune etc.
• Must have experience with Software packaging tools
• Managing mass software distribution and troubleshooting failed deployments.
• Managing end to end patching for end user devices at the global level.
• Application and third-party patching.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements.
• Participate in triage calls for major incidents and help drive resolutions and follow-up with long term remediation.
• Research and analyze new technologies. Establish and monitor short- and long-range plans for Infrastructure Solutions.
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the problems and ensure to avoid its reoccurrence.
• Support Manage optimize and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop to include but not limited to patch updates.
• Frequent reporting of the deployments for stakeholders.
• Manage Desktop (software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
• Experience in Automations through PowerShell or python.
• Strong ITIL process knowledge.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM.
• Current understanding of industry trends and methodologies.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
• Certification with any deployment tool Preferrable.
