We are seeking a Reservation Concierge for an elite private members-only club to be the primary point of contact for our discerning this role you will manage all dining and event inquiries with impeccable attention to detail and discretion. You will ensure a seamless personalized experience for our ultra-high-net-worth population upholding the clubs high standards of service and privacy.
This is an onsite role in Washington DC with core hours of 9 AM- 3:30 PM daily with additional coverage as needed for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone and email providing a concierge-level of support.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the clubs dining hours menus special events and private function spaces.
- Collaborate closely with the management and front-of-house teams to optimize the reservation flow.
- Anticipate member needs and preferences with a proactive personalized approach.
- Handle all inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all member information and club business.
- Generate daily and weekly reservation reports for the leadership team.
- Assist with other administrative duties to support club operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Associates degree or higher is required.
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management business or a related field highly preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a reservationist concierge front desk or similar role required.
- Experience in a luxury hotel fine dining restaurant or private club environment highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with UHNW or high-profile clientele required.
- Experience independently managing a complex reservation calendar highly preferred.
- Experience creating refined and professional telephone and email communications required.
- SevenRooms reservation management platform experience or similar highly preferred.
The compensation range for this role is $60000-$75000 annually depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
