Job Summary

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst position! This is a 3-6 month contract opportunity and will be on-site in Buffalo NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What Youll Be Doing:

Develop and produce mid- to high-complexity departmental reports and dashboards including project strategy analysis historical trends workflow reviews and financial insights.
Conduct in-depth data analysis across multiple initiatives to inform business decisions and present findings to stakeholders.
Represent the department in cross-functional projects collaborating with business partners and external teams.
Drive continuous improvement of existing data processes and tools; implement new processes where needed.
Create procedural documentation and custom tools to support automation and efficiency.
Take ownership of system support for the department; coordinate with business partners vendors and IT for issue resolution.
Lead support efforts for audits including compliance testing and user access reviews.
Plan test and execute implementation of new projects products and regulatory changes.
Participate in strategic planning and execution of departmental goals and initiatives.

What Youll Need to Have:

Strong proficiency in SQL COBOL and mainframe systems must have experience with legacy environments.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and synthesize insights for leadership.
Experience managing reporting initiatives and supporting audit and compliance activities.
Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range:$34-$44/hr
