Toole Design Group in Bentonville is looking to hire an experienced and talented full-time Landscape Architect Project Manager. A Day in the Life of a Landscape Architect - PM

Get ready to apply your broad knowledge of design criteria and methods spatial design and hands-on management experience to a variety of landscape architecture and urban design projects for the largest part of our public realm our transportation network. At Toole Design you will team up with our engineers and planners across the South leading projects from day one. Youll work hands-on with clients communities and coworkers to shape great public spaces on projects from start to finish from stakeholder outreach and design workshops to construction documents and administration. Youll often take the reins as Project Manager guiding a passionate crew of designers planners and engineers to bring big ideas to life. Along

the way youll help grow our Bentonville team and strengthen its role in reimagining the public realm especially our streets parks and trail systems.

Work Schedule for a Landscape Architect - PM

This full-time position typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week. We also provide employees with the flexibility and necessary equipment to work from home 2 days per week. The Northwest Arkansas office of Toole Design opened in 2023 and is in downtown Bentonville adjacent to the Razorback Regional Greenway. The office is easily accessed on foot or by bicycle with a number of local destinations available within a short walk or ride.

We are targeting a salary range of $86000 to $106000 for this position depending on experience and licensure.

Qualifications of a Landscape Architect - PM:

A bachelors or masters degree in landscape architecture
6 years of experience serving in a project or design management role for trails parks and streets
Experience developing construction documents and cost estimates
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Studio and AutoCAD

It would be a plus if you have any of the following:

Licensure in AR and/or other South States
Strong proficiency with hand and digital graphic techniques to communicate design ideas and produce illustrative graphics
Exposure to construction management and methods
Facility working with local public transportation agencies and standards
