| Job Description: | Assist the director and managers with administrative operational HR and financial functions. Assist with department software contract and license renewals. Create and send invoices. Submit personnel action requests and manage payroll activities. Assist with budget creation and management. Responsible for purchasing requisitions travel cellular telephone stipends PCard transactions and other financial concerns. Responsible for the management of assets telephone directory access control policy and procedure compliance. Serve as the Building Emergency Coordinator. Provide customer support by responding to questions and resolving common issues involving supported applications and services. Assign incoming support requests to appropriate team leaders or staff. Work with staff to create and update user guides for system applications or business processes. Escalate issues as necessary and coordinate communication between technical staff and customers.
Perform routine setup and configuration activities of supported systems.
Create executive leadership reports including compiling and communicating project status and milestones. Assist with ad hoc projects or assignments. Participate as a team member involved in the efficient operations and ongoing process improvements for the department.
Provide routine administrative support. Answer telephone; arrange meetings training and travel; and maintain supplies. A criminal background will be conducted. Work hours 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F. |
