We are looking for a hands-on FM Supervisor to join our Auckland Airport Facilities Management team. This is a key client-facing role where you will manage day-to-day facilities operations deliver minor repairs yourself coordinate subcontractors and ensure a safe efficient and customer-focused environment for staff and passengers.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage and coordinate all facilities services across the Auckland Airport FM Contract.
Conduct regular site inspections to address issues impacting operations health & safety and our customers experience.
Perform handyman repairs and manage subcontractors for larger works.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the AIA Properties and Airport tenants.
Ensure compliance with client Permit to Work processes and health & safety requirements.
Review develop and approve minor works quotes for client submission.
Support reactive and scheduled maintenance activities to meet KPIs.
Undertake audits spot checks and incident investigations as required.
What Were Looking For
Experience in facilities management property or trade-based roles.
Trade qualification (HVAC Electrical Plumbing Carpentry etc.) advantageous but not essential.
Strong experience managing subcontractors and service delivery teams.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
Excellent communication planning and client relationship skills.
Confident using technology tablets smartphones and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues through to resolution.
