Job Title
Systems Engineering - LeadAs this role is overmuch vital and has to be filled back the Team Lead member is responsible for owing the running the complete shift along with
- Creating monthly roster for the AIM team to run 24x7x365
- Creating weekly monthly and quarterly reports
- Managing and maintaining tickets for all three functions (Incident Problem Change Management)
- Representing APAC during my unavailability
- Leading team during and off shifts
What you will do:
- Incident and Problem Management communication channel across all technical and business teams as well as direct business facing support as required. Including being part of the on call out of hours management support rota.
- Business Communications and Data Analytics Expertise improve and support Business communication for production support across monthly business steering meetings client escalations RCA reviews and change / release communications.
- Change and Release Management review and provide input to production change and release approvals across all technology teams (application infrastructure and network).
- Evaluation of Service impact to prioritise issues for resolution.
- Provide an interface across all Technology Domains for Production facing issues.
- Act as a single channel for tracking Production issues to closure.
- Defining root cause of issues and track actions to remediate.
- Attending Client / Business meetings to evidence incident resolution.
What you will need to have:
- Knowledge of Merchant Acquiring card payment transaction processing covering authorisations clearing and settlement dispute management and information services to merchants.
- Awareness of IT solutions to deliver Merchant platform service to our clients.
- be able to support 24/7 on call for Major Incidents.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow for Problem and Change.
- Knowledge of JIRA for Development tracking.
- certified ITIL framework and familiarity with current process (V4)
- Strong communication and analytical skill
- Adroit in MS Office specially Word Excel PowerPoint
- Self-Initiator and filled with ideas of continual Improvements and governance
