You will work with Leaders People Partners and Employee Representatives to manage our Information & Consultation (I&C) obligations and our compliance to UK employment policy. You will manage the regular meetings agenda and materials and work with stakeholders to ensure the right topics are being covered. You will prepare the written materials for communication following the meetings. Additionally a key part of the role will be UK employment policy with the upcoming changes in the employment rights bill a focus on our approach is needed. You will work with People team stakeholders external lawyers and the VPs of Employee Relations to deliver a defined programme of updates.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office home or another remote location.
