About the job
As a Product Data Specialist in Kolding where you will be the bridge between teams across design manufacturing sales purchasing after-sales quality and logistics. Youll help ensure product data is accurate consistent and aligned across the organization while gaining hands-on experience in cross-functional processes and preparing for future global responsibilities.
In this role you will:
- Monitor and maintain product data to identify gaps and ensure high-quality standards.
- Coordinate improvements and align processes across different teams and functions.
- Own local data governance including classification data definition and status management.
- Provide guidance training and support to colleagues on data policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the wider Alfa Laval master data organization.
- Contribute to initiatives preparing for eventual expansion of responsibilities to a global scale.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data Science Information Systems Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong skills in Excel and a willingness to learn new tools such as Power BI (a plus).
- Understanding of data management principles and experience with ERP or PLM systems is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communicator who enjoys training supporting and collaborating with colleagues locally and globally.
- Interest in product data management and contributing to cross-functional projects in a global organization.
- Fluent in Danish and English both oral and written.
- Motivated to learn take initiative and grow in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

Location: Onsite in Kolding with travel expected around 10 days per year.
