Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrate aptitude for the work to be performed in an environment of high expectations and with adolescent learners
- Preferred previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Preferred Previous experience supporting job skill development

Job Expectations:
- Supervise and support students completing work-based learning skills in the schools Cafe leReve work site
- Supervise and support students preparing serving and cleaning in the Cafe leReve worksite
- Supervise and support students in a general education classroom environment
- Provide behavioral and academic support in both regular and special education classrooms with poise and confidence
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently accurately and in a timely manner and without constant supervision
- Demonstrate flexibility confidentiality and professionalism
- Promote a positive learning environment for students while maintaining discipline when needed
- Maintain and operate a variety of assistive technology
- Accept tasks and responsibilities willingly and pleasantly from both teachers and/or case managers
- Maintain above average attendance including attendance to necessary in-service and staff trainings/meetings
- Administer and monitor regular classroom testing and statewide testing
- Assist with direct observation/data collection and assessment for the RTI process
- Facilitate re-teaching and extra instruction in a wide variety of courses including math English social studies science and foreign language
