- Hourly Pay: $19$22 based on experience
- Commissions: Earn more with every lease you sign

What Youll Be Doing
- Market available units and promote Ivy & Elm across various platforms
- Tour prospective residents and highlight our top-tier amenities and brand-new units
- Process rental applications prepare leases and assist with move-ins
- Respond promptly to resident and prospect inquiries
- Support retention efforts and assist with community events
- Conduct market surveys and track competitor offerings
- Maintain detailed leasing records and daily reports
What Were Looking For
- Previous leasing or property management experience (student housing a plus!)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices
