Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring English Language Teachers to provide in-person lessons to our clients.

Location: Greer South Carolina near Trail Branch Ct.

Lesson format: Face-to-face in-person
Details
Availability: Monday Wednesday Friday 8 am - 12 pm
Lesson Frequency: 3times per week
Lesson Duration: 1 hour
Current level: Beginner
Native/other languages: Portuguese (native) Spanish (other)
Goals: Grammar; Building vocabulary; reading and writing; pronunciation and local accents; slang; passing a language exam; how to be polite; how schools work; ordering at restaurants; going to doctors; texting; making friends; giving compliments; phone calls
Interests: Crafts travelling new cultures
Responsibilities
Design structured lessons with a strong focus on conversation practice
Integrate grammar vocabulary slang and common expressions into real-life contexts
Provide practice in reading writing and social communication
Incorporate the students interests (sports history cars) into lessons to boost engagement
Support the student in adapting to social and cultural aspects of life in the U.S.
Qualifications
Native or near-native proficiency in English
Certificate or degree in language teaching education linguistics or related field
Experience teaching teenagers ideally in academic and conversational settings
Ability to balance structured lesson planning with interactive interest-based activities
