Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a/an AP Analyst located in Shenzhen GBS.
Reporting to the Finance Manager the AP Analyst role involves
What a typical day looks like:
Maintain supplier code & employee code per requirement timely and accuracy.
Communicate with site to follow up the real-time dashboard and one touch rate timely and accuracy.
Complete 180 days employee code review with 100% accuracy per schedule.
Other ad hoc jobs assigned by manager or leader.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
Junior or senior student in accounting financial economy related major with primary accounting knowledge.
With better sense of service
Proficient in office software Excel Word
Can read English materials and write email in English pass CET-4 or above
Quick learner with better communication skill
Strong responsibility and team work spirit could work under big working pressure.
