Starting salary is $52500 based on performance/experience

Responsibilities
- Maintain record of all donations and all non-automotive or event-based sponsorships
- Manage intake approval and execution of all internal and external donation requests o This includes reviewing and recommending improvements to current process
- Oversee the customer premium campaign process from start to finish for catalogues
- Manage the indirect purchasing of premium/donation items including their inventory o This includes procuring items updating the purchasing guides placing orders creating and receiving purchase orders internal using issued items in Autopart
- Communicating the Community Outreach initiatives undertaken by Lordco. This includes developing a plan to profile these initiatives on our social media platforms company website including the blog and other channels as needed
- Other duties/projects as requested by the Marketing team including support of others

Qualifications
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
University degree or equivalent corporate experience
Must be a team player while being able to work independently
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Superior verbal and written communication skills with an interest in marketing
