Dental Regional Operations Manager

Diamond Braces is seeking an accomplished and strategic Dental Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple dental practice this pivotal role you will strengthen organizational systems elevate performance standards and foster a culture of excellence. By aligning operational financial and clinical outcomes you will ensure sustainable growth while enhancing both the patient and team experience across the region.

Essential Functions:

  • Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee operations for multiple dental practice locations ensuring efficiency compliance and exceptional patient care.
  • Coaching & Training: Travel regularly between offices to mentor Office Managers and teams delivering hands-on coaching in scheduling patient flow financials compliance and leadership.
  • Performance Management: Develop monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across locations; identify trends and create actionable improvement plans.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create implement and maintain SOPs that drive consistency and excellence across all offices.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop training manuals educational materials and other resources to support onboarding professional development and continuous learning for staff.
  • Workflow Optimization: Review update and create efficient workflows to improve operational effectiveness patient experience and team productivity.
  • Team Development: Standardize procedures reinforce best practices and foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct workflow observations assess sales techniques and patient interactions and deliver customized action plans to strengthen both patient and team experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Review and analyze P&L statements to drive growth efficiency and profitability while maintaining a high standard of care.
  • Collaboration: Partner with clinical and business leadership to execute initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction operational outcomes and employee engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years experience in Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) with multi-site leadership experience required.
    • Bachelors degree in business healthcare administration or related field required.
    • Proven success in coaching mentoring and training managers or teams.
    • Strong understanding of dental office operations including financial management and compliance.
    • Skilled in creating SOPs workflows and training programs.
    • Ability to analyze KPIs and P&L statements and develop improvement strategies.
    • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized with the ability to travel frequently across regional offices.

      Job Type:Full-time

      Compensation: Salary range starting at $130000; final offer will be determined by experience and qualifications.

      Job Location:In-person; local travel between offices required.

      Work Hours: Monday-Thursday (8:30 am - 6 pm or 9:30 am - 7 pm) Friday (8:30 am - 5 pm) Saturday (8:30 am - 4 pm)
