Clinical Scientist- Personal Care

The North Americal Personal Care Clinical team has an open position for a clinical scientist. If you are a scientific problem solver who thrives on multitasking and enjoys delving into the unknown then this role is just for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and execute clinical studies to support the Personal Care R&D programs.
Candidate will be responsible for product efficacy evaluation of skin cleansing products. through the design execution and analysis of human clinical trials.
Work in partnership with third-party vendors to guarantee complete and timely deliveries.
You will be responsible for the study coordination for in-house & external studies in compliance with internal and external regulations.
Development and implement new methods with new measurement tools.
You will successfully deliver communication of study results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in pharmacy biology biochemistry chemistry or related fields or BS with 5 years of experience or MS
You must have expertise in data collection & technical interpretation design & executing experiments basic statistics understanding technical problem-solving skills and excellent technical writing skills.
Ability to work well in teams and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with others.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage complex studies.
Attention for details and critical thinking.
Flexibility and open mindedness in achieving objectives as well as rapidly responding to changing priorities.
Be digitally aware.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
No experience with clinical science is required but preferred.
Basic understanding of statistics is preferred.
Basic understanding of skin biology and measurement tools are an asset.
