NZRC offers a total remuneration approach of $100759 for this role which comprises of base salary as well as employer contribution to KiwiSaver. The Commercial Performance Analyst is a newly established role that will work closely with a team of senior managers to identify and implement business improvement initiatives across a variety of income generating channels within New Zealand Red Cross.

Were looking for astrategic thinkerto support ourEngagement & Enterprise this pivotal role youll lead performance reporting drive commercial analysis and champion continuous improvement across directorates including First Aid Retail Philanthropy and Communications.

Who are we looking for M wai te mahi nei

To be successful you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in business or finance
• Proven experience in commercial analysis forecasting and project management
• Extensive experience in developing and maintaining effective reporting and performance monitoring tools (Excel and Power BI is highly desirable)
• A passion for humanitarian work and community resilience
