As our newAdmin & Facilities Coordinator you will play a key role in keeping the site running efficiently ensuring both administrative and facility-related tasks are managed seamlessly.

Facility services on site
- Liaise with the cleaning supplier
- Coordinate with food and canteen services
- Manage the reception area
- Purchase consumables for facility management
- Purchase workwear personal protective equipment and other employee consumables
- Purchase operational materials such as pallets foil and equipment
- General administration data collection and ad hoc tasks
- Assist management on site
- Provide support to other teams such as Finance and Customer Experience
You are structured service-minded and enjoy being the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You thrive in a role with varied tasks and take pride in delivering high-quality support.
- Previous experience in an administrative office coordinator or facilities role.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with many different stakeholders.
- A practical hands-on approach to solving problems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Danish and English (spoken and written).
