Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Strategy Intern for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This intern will support our U.S. division. Our team is committed to supporting the development and implementation of the business strategy to maximize shareholder value improve operations and deliver exceptional customer service.Were looking for a strategic and analytical thinker to gather and analyze market and industry trends and conduct data-driven market research to be used as actionable insights driving strategic decisions. This position will also have the opportunity to participate in and learn the strategic planning process.
U.S. Ventures Internship Program runs May - August. Dates may vary based on individual class schedules. This position is located in Appleton WI and will start at 1025 West Navitus Dr Appleton WI 54913. We are excited to be transitioning to our new corporate headquarters during this internship timeframe and this position will eventually be located at 222 W College Avenue Appleton WI 54911.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and report industry trends M&A activity and competitive activity
- Conduct market research and analysis including competitive intelligence customer profiling & segmentation market entry & expansion landscaping market sizing legislative developments and public funding opportunities
- Assist in the identification research and development of new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to develop and execute Voice of Customer analysis
- Support the strategy team in developing and delivering its annual strategic plan
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current student pursuing a bachelors degree in business marketing communications political science economics or related field
- Junior or Senior status preferred.
- Experience conducting research and analyzing data
- Ability to recognize opportunities for new creative and innovative solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suites
