At Noda were building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter faster and safer. Were now looking for a night-shift Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.
Your mission:
Were currently extending our client support team and are looking for Technical Support Specialists to work the 22:00 - 07:00 and 15:00 - 00:00 GMT3 shifts with flexible weekends. Your tasks will include:
- Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality;
- Quality control of integrations testing;
- Maintaining an integration FAQ;
- Support for system operation;
- Assistance in the development of integration documentation.
What are your skills and experience:
- 2 years of experience in technical support;
- Knowledge of HTTP;
- Knowledge of client-server architecture;
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by logs;
- Knowledge of both SQL/NoSQL databases;
- Fluent Russian language skills and English language at a level B2 or higher.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Postman Kibana Azure and/or .
