Were expanding our business operations team and are looking for someone with fantastic attention to detail and organisation skills to join the team as a Finance & HR Assistant. This role is part time (minimum of 20 hours per week) and hours can be flexed to suit you. However if you are reading this and think you might be overqualified and / or looking for full time do still get in touch as were always keen to speak with local talent! This is a hybrid role to be based in Darlington with the option to work a number of days from home (post probation).
Were a fast-paced business and as a result this role will be varied supporting two departments within the business. Predominately this role will be finance and accounting duties whilst additionally supporting with administrative HR and payroll tasks. So if you are well versed in all aspects of accounts payroll invoicing cashflow and HR admin then wed love to chat with you.
Whilst some previous accounting knowledge is required experience in HR admin isnt essential. Success in this generalist role would be taking responsibility for duties such as;

Ideally youll also have some generalist experience of working within a modern accounts department and have started working towards some accounting qualifications.
