Graphic & Web Designer

About the Role:

A leading digital services company is looking for an experienced and creative Graphic & Web Designer for their Paphos or Nicosia office. The successful candidate has a profound understanding of the latest web design principles and is experienced in using photo and animations editing software.

You must be able to create unique visual concepts but strictly adhere to the brief requirements and conduct market research. A big part of the job is identifying new trends and technologies that will help the company enhance its online presence and increase the visibility of their brand image. You also have to be a team player collaborating closely with developers other designers and marketing specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create website designs page layout and digital graphics for i-Con
• Produce animations and manipulate digital photographs
• Create banners and pop-ups for i-Con website and application
• Design buttons and other controls for the website
• Create design elements for use in social media and marketing campaigns
• Video and audio editing for various Ads used for promoting i-Con website
• Test and optimize i-Cons website for high performance speed and scalability
• Conduct market research and to consistently seek out new interactive technologies designed to improve our online presence
• Follow strict quality checking procedures to deliver a high quality professional product to the companys agreed standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project requirements are met
  

Requirements:

• BA in Design or any other relevant field
• 2-3 years experience in the graphic and web design industry
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite CC (Illustrator Photoshop) and Figma
• Any experience in UI/UX design is a plus
• Follow the latest design and web trends techniques and technologies
• Adaptable and willing to expand your knowledge and skills
• Prioritizing tasks - project time management skills - meet deadlines 100%
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Creativity imagination patience and attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage
