Were hiring a Senior Web/Graphic Designer on behalf of a well-established trading and liquidity solutions provider. Regulated by CySEC and active since 2010 they deliver institutional-grade trading conditions and strong customer support to clients across the globe.

This role sits within their marketing team and plays a key role in shaping the companys visual communication across digital print web and social platforms.

Youll be hands-on across a wide range of design work from marketing campaigns and social media content to brochures and responsive web pages. Theres plenty of scope to contribute ideas and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Salary & Hours:

• Salary range of 40K to 45K gross/month depending on experience
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday flexible hours of 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 early finish of 16:00 on Fridays.
• Hybrid work model of up to 5 days per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all stages of visual design from concept and brainstorming to final hand-off and production.
• Design engaging digital media assets such as banners handbooks landing pages icons mock-ups and other marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain social media designs corporate brochures and event materials (such as exhibition booths roll-ups and other print collateral).
• Bring fresh ideas to the table with layouts and interactive designs that reflect brand direction and elevate campaign performance.
• Create high-quality promotional materials for print and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to design user-friendly responsive web pages optimized for both desktop and mobile.
• Ensure design consistency across all visual touchpoints adhering to brand guidelines and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Web Design Visual Communication or a related field.
• 3 years of professional design experience within the Forex Fintech or Financial Services industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD InDesign After Effects) and Figma or other UI/UX tools.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles responsive design and current web design trends.
• Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent time management attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Greek
