As we prepare for our planned expansion into Costa Rica we are building a strong foundation for future growth. This role based in San Jos and hired through our Employer of Record partner are part of the preparatory phase supporting this exciting next chapter.
About the role
The Costa Rica team is designed to support our colleagues in serving our U.S.-based private equity and consulting this role you will collaborate with the client-facing team in New York to deliver Arboluss world-class service.
As an Associate in the Professional Services team you will conduct research across a wide range of topics and industries. Youll also connect directly with relevant experts evaluating their fit for client projects. The Costa Rica team plays a crucial role in operations throughout the Americas region and from day one youll gain valuable exposure to our clients and their needs enabling them to make informed business decisions by identifying and recommending the very best Arbolus experts.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
- Support the team in enabling clients including consultancies investment firms and corporations to make informed business and investment decisions by connecting them with industry-leading experts.
- Develop and execute tailored research strategies for local regional and international assignments ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
- Identify screen and engage high-caliber executives to ensure they meet project requirements to participate in client initiatives.
- Support the onboarding of new experts to the Arbolus platform.
- Coordinate and facilitate expert consultations workshops and meetings to foster impactful knowledge exchange for clients.
- Manage multiple concurrent time-sensitive research requests.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Associates Project Leads and Account Managers across international teams

Requirements to succeed in this role
- Bachelors degree (Bachelors in Business Administration Economics Finance or similar)
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Hands-on attitude with a proven entrepreneurial/commercial drive
- Experience and confidence in phone-based communication in English and Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Native-level proficiency in English
