Job Summary
We are excited to launch NEXTHUNT a next-generation platform built to bridge the gap between recruiters and job seekers. To scale our vision we are looking for a Marketing Executive who will play a key role in growth branding and community building.
Tasks
Prepare and analyze marketing reports and take actionable steps
Execute Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns with regular follow-ups
Manage LinkedIn marketing data research & outreach
Create & manage content for community engagement and articles
Handle customer support & market interactions
Prepare and submit weekly performance reports
Contribute to product management & testing
Drive growth strategies & brand visibility
Requirements
Female candidates only
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (preferred)
13 years of experience in digital marketing / community management
Strong communication & creative writing skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Email marketing tools WhatsApp campaigns
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude
