What to Expect
- Dynamic Learning: The dual program combines theory and practice focusing on business processes IT consulting and application management
- Practical Experience: You can directly apply the knowledge you have learned in practice. You will get to know various areas of our IT department and gain insights into commercial departments
- Digital Focus: You will work with modern cloud systems optimize digital processes and support the implementation of our digitization strategy

Your Tasks
- Process Optimization: You will analyze business processes and develop IT-supported solutions to increase efficiency

- Digital Transformation: You will accompany digitization projects and actively contribute your own ideas
- Project Work: You will work on practical projects and present the results in the form of project work and your bachelors thesis
Your Profile
- Education: High school diploma (Abitur / Fachhochschulreife); good grades in mathematics/English are an advantage
- IT Affinity: Strong interest in IT digitization and modern business models
- Self-Organization: Self-organized reliable and able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Digital Tools: Good knowledge of MS Office and interest in working with modern cloud applications
- Flexibility: Flexible adaptable and team- and customer-oriented
- Economic Know-How: Basic understanding of business contexts
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking skills especially in data-driven decision-making and business analytics
- Communication Skills: Enjoy translating business requirements into IT solutions and working in a team
