- REQUIRED: Must be physically located in and authorized to work in the U.S.
- TERMS: HYBRID: Houston 1 week in office/1 week out
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: W2 preferred

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Access Global Group is adding a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React and Azure to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the frontend and backend building scalable secure and efficient applications. This is a hybrid role based in Houston requiring onsite presence every other week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design develop and maintain full stack applications using C# / .NET React and SQL.
- Develop test and integrate APIs to connect frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements translate them into technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.
- Deploy and maintain applications in Azure ensuring scalability security and performance.
- Manage codebase and collaborate on projects using GitHub for version control.
- Participate in code reviews troubleshooting and debugging to ensure robust application performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose solutions to improve development processes.
- Other duties as directed by leadership.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 8 yrs hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong experience with React and Azure (must-have).
- Proficiency in C# / .NET for backend development.
- Strong SQL skills for database design queries and optimization.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with GitHub or other version control systems.
- Comfortable working on both frontend and backend development tasks.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in Houston every other week.
- Experience with cloud-based DevOps pipelines in Azure.
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks beyond React (e.g. Redux ).
- Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
OTHER Must have no other full-time commitments ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
